Admissions of Human Resource Management at NIPM

The style of functioning of business sector organizations is changed. With computer technology, these organizations are giving more importance to quality and production. Now-a-days with out quality the products will not be encouraged by the customers. So in every place the human resource management course is giving very importance. The human resource management is not limited for recruitment of staff.  On recruitment, training should be provided to them and to maintain the stability in their pay and allowances. Further, the encouragement should be given to them. All the above activities, comes under the human resource management. For these matters the Indian Institute of Personal Management (NIPM) is established under the society registration Act, on no profit and loss policy. This organization is functioning at Calcutta as central office. The NIPM is having 52 chapters on national wide in different cities. In these chapters more than 11,500 members are available.

Name of the sponsoring course: Post graduate diploma in personal management

Duration of Time: 2 years

Eligibility: With minimum 50% marks pass in degree is essential. In HR Management 3 years experience is required or Charted/Cost/Management Accountant/B.Tech/LLB   candidates are required.

The details of the course

This course will be in four semesters. In each semester 4 papers are available. In last semester viva, voice test will be there.

- If failed in any paper on any reasons, the balance papers can attend  along with papers of the II semester

- On completion the first 12 papers then research project paper can be prepared In PGDPM this issue is more important

- If one time registration is made the value of the registration period is 5 years. On each paper 50% marks are required for passing of this course.

- The entire course will be English medium only
