To work in the international organizations that are providing the H.R. services in all countries the candidate should be expert in H.R. services and he must have knowledge about the particularly country. They have to know about the social and culture activates of that particular country. They have to know about the style of addressing system of the country people, and they have to exchange the views of the country people are quite essential for employment in such organizations.

The concerned company will provide the services, like scrutiny of the candidates’ resumes, selection, appointments, the introduction of the organization, training, pay and allowances, these services can be provided through on line.

After scrutiny of the resumes the employment procedure has to be kept in easy documentation shape. On the basis of the prepared document the candidates may be requested to send their particulars and information.

After obtaining the information from the candidates, the written examination, interview porgrammes dates will be fixed by the company. If the written examination fixed on line the concerned software system should be checked by the H.R experts since for recruitment of the candidates the written examination and interviews are important.

As per the job nature the right candidate should be selected by the H.R. Department. At the time of recruitment the H.R. experts of the company have to acquire association with the concerned head of the Departments. The Head of the departments will examine the candidate capability and report. At this stage also the employment procedure is not completed.

Further the H.R. experts of the company  have to assess the candidate conduct and character, and also need to examine whether he can work with in the frame of the company policies or not. Hence the questions have to be prepared by the experts so as to guess the candidates personality and get replies from the candidate.
