Most of the students select BHMS Bachelors of Homeo Sciences after completion of their MBBS. It is a five year course in which one year is the internship. There are graduation colleges in Dr. Allu Ramalingaiah Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Rajahmundry), Dr. Guru raj Government Homeopathic Medical College (Gudivada), Govt Homeopathic Medical College (Kudappah), JSPS Government Homeopathic medical college (Hyderabad). The candidates who did intermediate with BiPc are eligible to apply for this course. The admissions are based on the EAMCET score. There are same subjects for homeopathy like that of the MBBS like the anatomy, physiology, organon of medicine, pathology, community medicine. Besides these subjects the subjects that are related to homeopathy like materiomedica, organon, philosophy, homeopathy philosophy.
