It is decided to conduit final phase of web based counseling for those who have qualified in CEEP-2009 for admission into Polytechnics on account of increase in seats, including Second shift of Diploma Education in some of the existing engineering colleges.
Who can participate:
1)Candidates who secured seat in 1st & 2nd Phases of wed based counseling and wish to move to another course of polytecnic.  2)Candidates who participated in 1st phase & 2nd Phase of wed based of counseling and could not secure an seat. 3)Candidates qualified in CEEP-2009 but did not participate in 1st and 2nd Phases of Web based counseling.
Certificate Verification:
This is only for candidates whose Certificates were not verified in earlier Phases of web based counseling.  Candidates who already their certificates verified during 1st and 2nd Phases need not attend for Certificate Verification and they can exercise options by using their old passwords.  Where as fresh candidates who got their certificates verified during final phase can exercise options from 23-08-2009 to 26-08-2009.

Exercising Options:
Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment of course and polytechnic should not exercise options again.  It may be kept in mind that, if options are exercised once again and seat is allotted, earlier allotment of seat automatically stands canceled.
Since some of the candidates who already secured seats may move to other courses and colleges, you may give options for courses and polytechnics which right now are not shown as available.
Candidates are advised to exercise as many options as possible.
Details of new courses and colleges will be placed in the website http://apceep.nic.in on 20.08.2009. Options can be exercised from internet cafe or internet facility available at the residence or from a Help Line Centre.  However, helpline centres will not function 23.08.2009 in view of holiday.
Note: Options exercised by the candidates, during 1st and 2nd phases o Counseling will not be consedered for allotment of seats.  Hence, candidates would exercise options afresh.
Allotment of Seats:
Based on the options and category, allotment of seats will be made on 28.08.2009 and placed of the wed and candidate has to download the allotment order, remit the tuition fee, if any, in Andhra bank of Indian Bank and report ant the polytechnic concerned o f or before 31-08-2009.
Help LIne Centres for Certificate Verification and Exercising Options:
Candidate can go to any one of the Polytechnic Help Line Centes except Sankethika Vidya Nhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad.  For list of Help Line Centres, for other details like Certificates to be produced, fee to be paid and detailed procedure to be followed for exercising options, please refer the notification publishing in all major news papers dated: 27.05.2009 and also visit website: http://apceep.nic.in.
Attention of Principals of All Private/Govt., aided Polytechnic and Engineering colleges offering 2nd Shift Diploma Courses:
After 31-08-2009, the cases of not reported and vacancies lift are to be filled b conduction spot admissions duly following the rules.  The rules, guidelines and other details fo r conducting spot admissions will be made available in website: http://aceep.nic.in on 28.08.2009 and the list has to be submitted for ratification to the Convener, CEEP-2009 Admissions on or befor 10-09-2009.
