With some good quality of hard working there is a chance to occupy the highest dignitary post only on completion of Company Secretary Course.  On completion of Intermediate course, the student may think for stepping in to the Company Secretary course. In fact every body knows about different corporate companies. Who are manufactures of Cars, Tires, Computers etc., for these production organizations control on administration on each sector is not possible by a individual. From top to bottom several employees are working in different posts.  Mainly the person who is holding the Company Secretary post is key person in the organization.

To perform the duties of Company Secretary as a key role in the corporate companies, study in specific course is required. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICAI) New Delhi   is sponsoring Company Secretary Course. This organization is having 4 Regional centers, and having 69 charters. If thinks about a company, automatically, Chairman, M.D. Directors positions will appear before us. But the Company Secretary, will work with them as a key role in the company matters. The candidate who has completed the Company Secretary course can handle this key role post very easily and successfully. The candidate who is holding this post has got dignitary value and professional value. This status cannot find who are studied other courses.

DETAILS OF COURSE:
In this course, Intermediate pass candidates, degree holders can join

But on completion of Intermediate, if the candidate desires to study this professional course he has to complete his study in there stages.

• 1. Foundation programme.
  2. Executive programme
  3. Professional programme

In the foundation programme four papers are there. On completion of these papers the second stage Executive programme will be started. On completion of foundation programme the    Degree passed candidates (Fine arts students are not eligible to this course) can directly join into the executive programme. In this programme there are  6 papers are made  available in two modules  (3 papers in one set). The last one is  Professional programme. For this programme the candidates who are completed the   Executive programme are only eligible. In this programme there are 8 papers. From beginning of foundation, different model papers in each paper minimum 40 marks are  to be acquired by the candidate. In all papers 50% aggregate marks are required.  At the time of the last Professional programme practical training is compulsory and the candidate has to be obtained the same. The total cost of the course is Rs.20,000/-

NO HARD TO COMPLETE THE COURSE
The students may think that the completion of this course is hard one. But it is an   imaginary thought of the students. Daily 4 or 5 years study is required regularly   to pass these course examinations. This kind hard study is required to all courses.

CHANGE IN SYLLABUS
Keeping in view corporate organization needs recently the syllabus was changed completely.  As per the new syllabus Foundation programme 1st Batch last year June Executive programme last year December examinations are completed. With reference to the professional programme last year June examinations were completed on new syllabus. In the mind of students the company secretary course may not sufficient to obtain the Company Secretary Job. The Law graduation is also required.  But in this course Law subject has been included to cater the needs of the Companies. As such there is no need to study particularly Law to secure the Company Secretary Job.

CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
In Bombay, Hyderabad charters every year twice Secretarial, Modular training Program (SMTC) will be conducted. The candidates who are completed the Company Secretary course are eligible to attended this training. This training is for 15 days. At the end of training the Companies will be in queue to appoint their Company Secretaries.

EMPLOYMENT
Company Bill 2008, the duties performed by the company secretaries in their Employment or in private practice are made equaling with CEO, CFO. The Company Secretary has to perform important duties/ Conducting of meetings etc. As per rules and regulations of C.B Securities and Exchange Board of India whether the duties are performing perfectly or not should examine by him. In these globalization days Company Secretary Post responsibilities are made a key role. As such the syllabus for the course is changed. Therefore the company Secretary can easily par all the problems faced I h duties successfully

WORK WITH GROUP
The candidate has to mingle with group members. As per Globalization formula, if one person works with group members the goal can be reached. On this formula trails have been started by organizations to develop themselves. Security and Investments, London, C.M.D.A. Maldives capital markets and corporate Governess Institute have understood in this matter. In view of this commitment there is a chance to the candidates to become professionally strong. In view chances available in Multi National Organizations this kind of understandings are quite necessary. Further the employees can understand their customs and other issues.
