*Admissions will be throgh Web Based Counselling
Certificate Verification :
*Certificate Verification is mandatory for exercising options.
* Registration Fee to be paid is Rs.200/-
*Certificate Verification of special Categories i.e., PH/NCC/CAP/Sports & Games will be on 07.09.2009 at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only.
*Other candidates can go to any one of the 6 Help Line Centres mentioned below.

2. Govt. Polytechnic, MGM Circle, Warangal
3. Govt. Polytechnic, Benz circe, Vijayawada.
4. Govt. Polytechnic, Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam.
5. S.V.Govt. Polytechnic, Tirupati
6. Govt. Polytechnic, for Women, Kadapa
Original Certificates to be produced for verification:
a) Certificates to be produced by all other Candidates:
1. SSC or equivalent Marks memo.
2. Intermediate Study Certificates
3. VI to intermediate Study Certificates
4. Rank Card or Hall Ticket.
5. Caste Certificate.
6. Income Certificate issued by MRO after 01.01.2009.
7. Certificate in support of Non- Local Status(For Non-Local Candidates)
b) Additional Certificates to be produced by special category candidates:
PH Category : Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board and only candidates have disability of 40% and above are eligible.
CAP Category: 1. Ex-Servicemen have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. 2. Identity Card 3. Discharge  Book for Verification. Serving personnel have to produce Service Certificate from the Place of Work indicating the Relation of Candidate with the personnel. Only Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.

Candidates can exercise options from internet cafe or internet facility available at their residence or from any Help Line Centre on the dates mentioned above by using URL www. apceep.nic.in

TUITION FEE PARTICULARS:

All candidates whose annual parental income is up to Rs. 1 Lakh are exempted from payment of tution fees. However, Candidate has to pay a special fee of Rs.500/-.
Note: Candidates have to download the allotment order on 11.09.2009 after 5 P.M. Candidates should read the instructions printed in the allotment order
