JMET ( Joint Management Entrance Test) is conducted for admission into Two year full time Post graduate degree programme offered by IITs ( Indian Institutes of Technology)  in India namely IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee and IISc  (Indian Institute of Sciences) Bangalore.

JMET is the first step in the process of admission into PG courses in management in IITs. Notification for JMET 2010 will be issued in the second week of September 2009 and the date of JMET 2010 will be tentatively Mid December 2009. candidates will be selected on the basis of GD ( Group discussion) and interview after qualification in JMET 2010.
