M. Tech Bio-informatics

Some institutes are providing admission into M. Tech based on entrance test conducted by them. They are: Netaji Subash Institute of Technology, Azad Hind Fauj marg, New Delhi. This institute provides admission into M. Tech bio-informatics based on GATE score. But it takes the candidates without GATE under sponsored category. Along with it, IIIIT Allahabad, IIIT Hyderabad, Moulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal are offering bio-informatics course. These institutes are also offering admission based on the entrance test conducted by themselves.

Job opportunities for bio-informatics are not so attractive as of now. Career will be bright if sound technical knowledge is present. Though there are less numbers of jobs, candidates who show excellent performance are getting good jobs.

There are fewer numbers of organizations that are offering fellowships for bio-informatics. Important among them are:
