Pharmacy Council of India had introduced Pharma D course in India | Eligibility for admissions of Pharma D

In India pharma researches are developing a lot when compared to other field’s researches it is because of the quality but that kind of the qualitative courses are not available. That is the reason why the Pharmacy Council of India had introduced Pharma D course in India. The candidates who completed this course are eligible to the activities like clinical therapy, pharmaco therapy, clinical research and community pharmacy. The duration of the course is six years and five years is of class room teaching and practicals and the last year consists of the internship.

The candidates who did MPC/Bipc in the intermediate or diploma in pharmacy are eligible to apply for this course. The admissions are based on the EAMCET score. The candidates who completed this course had vast opportunities in hospitals, clinical research institutes, drug development, clinical trials and clinical pharmacy departments. Besides these there are around 200 small and large bulk drug companies in the country and there are around 500 formulation units in these companies.
