Projects will be useful to improve the knowledge of the subject studied. Project work is crucial for professional courses like MBA. Select the topic for project which is not chosen by others in the college or university earlier. Candidate’s analysis, results should be useful in some or the other way to the company which has provided the project work.

Good MBA colleges in Tamil Nadu
There are many famous MBA colleges in Tamil Nadu. IIT, Tiruchchi, NIT, Anna University are offering MBA course. Many colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore are following standards in offering quality education. There is a good scope to learn better by getting admitted in colleges of Chennai or Coimbatore.
Famous private colleges in Tamil Nadu are considering CAT, MAT or GMAT score. Universities and their affiliated colleges are offering admissions into MBA based on TANCET. MBA or PGDM or PGP can be done. Some institutes are insisting on work experience to give admission into MBA. There may be differences in eligibilities based on the course structure.
Is HR specialization in MBA not suitable for boys?
In regard of career, what ever the option is felt correct, that one should be selected. It is not good to consider others opinion in such a level that they can influence your thinking. It is general opinion that girls are suitable for HR department because of the softness present in the work nature of the field. This responsibility can be fulfilled by boys also. Work regarding softness will be of 20% of the total work. Other work will be about making efficient people for the development of company based on the company’s requirement.
There are good opportunities in HR department for all the eligible candidates. Future career will also be good. It is good to concentrate on the development of company while studying the course like MBA or PGDM. Ultimate goal of every specialization is to develop the company. Any one can get good job opportunities and improvements in career according to their skills when they base on this fact, regardless of specialization.
- Distance learning will be useful in learning the previous known subject deeply. Candidates need to think with attitude of implementation, while selecting the courses in distance mode. The main aspect is the availability of job opportunities with the specialization done in distance mode. These degrees will be useful in the development in present field.
- Distance mode, part time, and executive course… all these are also useful to develop contacts with the experienced people of the field and to learn from them. There is more scope to learn by talking to experienced persons of the field than studying a book.

I was actually looking for few project topics when I came across this post. I completely agree with your proposal that live projects give more value addition that bookish knowledge. In our institution (United World-Delhi) we get 3 project work per semster. It’s very taxing…as presently I’m going through….but I think it helps to understand my subject more. To me classes are always boring.
