Special Facilities for Physically Handicapped Candidates:

For the candidates of  physically handicapped who are appearing to  the  examination of  CAT  the IIM  management has making special arrangements to provide concession of  time. In examination centers “hearing aid” “Scribe or reader” “Wheel chair” facilities are made available. But the candidates who desire this facilities have to record the particulars only at the time of submit on line application.  In the model application there is an option on name of “Are you a differently able candidate?”,  against this option the candidate has to click “YES”   On completion of this procedure,  the window  “Special accommodation”  will be opened. In this window second time the option of “Are you a differently able candidate?” will be found. The candidate second time also has to click “YES” option. .  The types of physical handicap names are shown, from this the candidate to which type he belongs to be selected for which the option provided is to be   clicked by him. Then he has to record the concession required by the individual to be recorded. For example if the candidate desires “Scribe /Reader” the he has to select the particular option.

If these items are required by the candidates, the particular box is to be filed by the candidate.

Example: If the candidate needs the “Scribe / reader”, he has to select “I would like to bring my Scribe / reader” option.

If these facilities are desired by the candidates the particular columns should be filled properly and test center to be selected. But the test date will be selected by the Promo trick contact center. To this effect the admit card will be sent to candidate e-mail address.
