What are the universities offering forensic science course and what are the employment opportunities

Forensic science plays an important role in crime detection. It offers good career for the interested candidates. Those who have completed this course can have employment in government crime detection institutes, CBI, IB, research organizations along with private detective agencies.

In forensic science, techniques that are used to take clues at the crime spot, analyzing the clues in the scientific manner will be taught. There are many divisions in this course also. They are – forensic archeology, forensic psychology, forensic medicine, forensic linguistics, forensic serology and forensic computing. Ability to work in team, gathering information from different sources, interest towards research, analyzing capacity should be present in the aspirants of forensic science.
